Gali Beh, Principal of Beh Management Consulting, Inc.Gali Beh is the President of Beh Management Consulting, Inc. Gali specializes in strategy, facilitation, and project management. At Beh Management Consulting, Gali works with businesses, governments, non-profit organizations, and multi-organization partnerships, especially those in natural resource fields such as energy, real estate, recreation, environmental conservation and restoration. Gali also possesses extensive expertise in technology—including software, telecommunications, and original equipment manufacturers—as well as a wide range of professional services, such as marketing, engineering, wholesale distribution, landscape architecture, and planning.

Prior to founding Beh Management Consulting, Gali was a consultant with McKinsey & Company in Houston, Texas and Tel Aviv, Israel. During that time, Gali served clients in a variety of industries including venture capital, manufacturing, consumer packaged foods, software, chemicals, and most facets of the energy industry.

Gali earned a Master in Business Administration with a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Rice University where she majored in sociology with a focus on opinion polling, focus groups, and other data collection methodologies.

Whitney Wheeless, Beh Consulting Associate - strategic planning, product development, project managment, business process improvement, systme implementationsWhitney Wheeless, Project Manager, specializes in strategic planning, project management, business process improvements and system implementations. At Beh Mangement Consulting, Whitney manages a variety of projects ranging from the development of proprietary and custom software applications for clients, including state agencies, environmental nonprofits, software, and consulting companies to developing and launching custom internal training programs and brand redesigns.

Whitney is Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of Parenting Place where she chairs the Marketing Committee and serves on the Executive Committee.

Prior to joining Beh Management Consulting, Whitney worked in the storage hardware industry where she developed corporate strategy, implemented a world-class product development system, and conducted competitive and market analyses for the tape drive and hard drive industries. She also supported the consumer electronics division in market analyses for use of hard drives in game consoles and DVRs. Prior to obtaining her business degree, she was an environmental consultant managing complex technical and regulatory-driven projects in the oil and gas industry and for the Departments of Defense and Energy.

Whitney earned her Master in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley and received her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Sally Hoechstetter, Associate, focuses on qualitative market, customer, and competitive research and analysis. At Beh Management Consulting, Sally gathers research by conducting telephone interviews and writes case studies and website content for clients based on research findings.
Prior to joining Beh Management Consulting, Sally worked as a market research analyst in Los Angeles, California. As a senior analyst, Sally was responsible for designing and implementing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research studies. While working at Mattel, her projects included analyzing new product development, researching trends in the industry, and predicting future sales. As an analyst at Princess Cruises, Sally's responsibilities included tracking customer satisfaction on each cruise through on-board passenger surveys. She designed additional studies to address internal inquiries regarding these customer satisfaction statistics. 

Sally earned an MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh, an MA in International Policy from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, and a BA in psychology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. 

Terra Lenihan, Associate, is a communications professional with experience in marketing, technical writing, proposals, writing for a web-based audience, social media and editing. At Beh Management Consulting, Terra manages website communications and provides administrative support to a collaborative natural resources client.

Prior to joining Beh, she ran her own communications firm. Terra is a LEED® accredited professional through the U.S. Green Building Council, and for several years wrote proposals, news content, and award applications for a Denver-based green architecture firm whose work was concentrated in the public sector.

Terra has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Writing from Metropolitan State College of Denver, and completed the Denver Community Leadership Forum at University of Colorado, Denver’s Graduate School of Public Affairs. During college, she worked for a management consulting firm, assisting in a variety of areas including research, assessment coordination and finances.

DebbieDebbie Mowery-Evans, Associate, specializes in research, analysis, database management, and geographic information systems (GIS). At Beh Management Consulting, Debbie collects, analyzes, and maps primary data on Colorado ranchland sales on behalf of a public/private partnership. She also specializes in qualitative research, survey methodologies, and data analysis in support of clients’ presentations and stakeholder analyses.

Prior to joining Beh Management Consulting, Debbie worked for Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, New Mexico where she focused on environmental catalysis with an emphasis on catalyst development for the automotive industry. Before joining Sandia, Debbie conducted research for an industrial wastewater treatment company.

Debbie holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. She received her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder. 

Michael Mowery, Associate, solves problems and programs software using a variety of technologies. At Beh Management Consulting, Michael creates and maintains custom software applications developed for clients including proprietary benchmarking databases and project management systems for team-based organizations. Michael also creates client websites and conducts customized technical training courses.

Prior to joining Beh Management Consulting, Michael worked at Harris Corporation, Encoda Systems, Columbine JDS, and Boston Bank. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University of Colorado in Boulder.


Richard MalinowskiRichard Malinowski, Visual Artist, provides graphic arts and presentation design and production. At Beh Management Consulting, Richard creates client materials such as fundraising pitches, business plans, government proposals, and seminar presentations. Richard also creates custom illustrations by hand for clients’ proposed new products, such as National Park Service concession proposals.

Prior to joining Beh Management Consulting, Richard worked for McKinsey & Company in Houston, Texas for 20 years. He does pro bono design work for several organizations including the Alzheimer's Association, Houston Holy Cross Chapel, San Jose Clinic, SheHeroes, and the East Sunset Heights Association. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of St. Thomas and then attended the Art Institute of Houston.
